About the Role

As an Inbound Expert, you'll be part of the General Merchandise and Food Sales team, ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. You'll also support guest services and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation.
  • Stock, organize, and store reserve product, and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
  • Operate powered equipment while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
  • Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up (OPU), and Drive Up (DU), ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
  • Work in a safe manner, comply with safety policies, and report hazards.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
  • Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture.
  • Knowledge of retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
  • Ability to execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Skills

  • Flexibility to work varying hours, days, or shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
  • Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
  • Capability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements.
  • Reliable and prompt attendance.

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate: $17.25 USD per hour
