We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. We need to extract content: Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour. That's pay info. So we need a Pay section with that detail. Also "ALL ABOUT TARGET" is description, maybe "About the role" or "About Target"? The instruction: use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have "ALL ABOUT TARGET" describing vision etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About Target". Use "About the role". We'll put that prose. "ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE" describes the team and role. Could be part of About the role as well. We'll combine. Then responsibilities: list after "As An Inbound Expert, No Two days Are Ever The Same, But a Typical Day Will Most Likely Include The Following Responsibilities:" then bullet list items (starting with "Create an Easy..." etc). Those are responsibilities. Use
  • . Then "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" includes qualifications/requirements/skills. We need to split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills maybe. The content includes: "This may be the right job for you if:" bullet-like sentences (though not bullet). Then "The Good News Is That We Have Some Amazing Training..." then "But, there Are a Few Skills You Should Have From The Get-go:" list of skills. Then "We Are An Awesome Place To Work..." list of expectations (more requirements). We'll need to decide sections. We have Pay: Starting Hourly Rate. Benefits: mention "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits." plus URLs for eligibility. That's benefits info. So we need Benefits section with that prose and maybe the URLs as links? Probably just include as text. Schedule: mention flexible work schedule etc. There's mention of flexible schedule in "You are open to working a flexible work schedule..." and later "Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled..." So we have schedule info. So we can create Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, ADA, application instructions, etc. Remove those. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include minor metadata like Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft sections:

    About the role

Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store. This team leads Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food safe experience. Experts enable efficient delivery to our guests by owning pick, pack and ship fulfillment work.

Maybe also include the sentence about building skills: "At Target, We Believe In Our Team Members Having Meaningful Experiences That Help Them Build And Develop Skills For a Career. The Role Of An Inbound Expert Can Provide You With The Skills And Experience Of: Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals". That could be part of About the role or maybe Qualifications. But we can include in About the role. Better to split: About the role includes vision and team description. Qualifications includes skills/experience gained. Requirements includes what we are looking for. Skills includes specific skill list. Benefits separate. Pay separate. Schedule separate. Let's extract: Qualifications (what the role provides): "Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store Retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals". We'll format as
    • ... maybe each sentence as li. Requirements (what we are looking for): The bullet-like statements after "This may be the right job for you if:" includes: enjoy interacting and helping others; thrive in fast-moving, highly active physically demanding role where teamwork, flexibility, creative problem solving key; open to working flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times). Also later "Accurately handle cash register operations as needed; Climb up and down ladders; Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds throughout the duration of a shift without additional assistance from others. This task involves repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and rotating motions.; Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks; Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.; Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)". These are requirements. Skills list: "Must be at least 18 years of age or older; Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members; Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed; Work both independently and with a team; Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot; Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes; Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes". Those are skills. We could combine Requirements and Skills but better separate. Now Responsibilities: list from "Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience..." through "All other duties based on business needs." We'll capture each sentence as li. Pay: Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour. Benefits: "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits. Benefits Eligibility Please paste this url into your preferred browser to learn about benefits eligibility for this role: https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_A | Pegue esta URL en su navegador preferido para obtener información sobre la elegibilidad de este puesto para recibir beneficios: https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_A". We'll include as

with links maybe. Schedule: mention flexible schedule etc. We'll combine the schedule statements: "You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times). Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks; Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)". Also maybe mention shift length may vary. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate: ADA, application instructions, etc. Remove those paragraphs. Now produce HTML. Let's craft. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll output:
