4am Inbound (Stocking) (T1982)
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc.
We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have content: Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.00 USD per hour. That's Pay.
We have "ALL ABOUT TARGET" description: "Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture. Learn more about Target here." That's about the company; could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the job. The posting includes "ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE" describing the team and role. That could be "About the role". Also there is "The Role Of An Inbound Expert Can Provide You With The:" list of knowledge/experience. That could be part of responsibilities or qualifications.
We have responsibilities list after "As An Inbound Expert, No Two days Are Ever The Same, But a Typical Day Will Most Likely Include The Following Responsibilities:" then bullet list.
We have "WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR" with bullet list of traits.
We have "The Good News Is That We Have Some Amazing Training..." then list of skills needed: Must be at least 18, welcoming attitude, ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices, operate handheld scanners, work independently/with team, resolve guest questions, attention to detail, follow multi-step processes, remain focused/composed, accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes.
Then "We Are An Awesome Place To Work And Care About Our Teams, So We Want To Make Sure We Are Clear On a Few More Basics That We Expect:" list: accurately handle cash register operations, climb ladders, scan/handle/merchandise up to 44 lbs, flexible work schedule, reliable attendance, capable of working in varying temperatures, ability to remain mobile for duration of shift.
Then benefits: "Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond at https://corporate.target.com/careers/benefits. Benefits Eligibility Please paste this url into your preferred browser to learn about benefits eligibility for this role: https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_A | Pegue esta URL en su navegador preferido para obtener información sobre la elegibilidad de este puesto para recibir beneficios: https://tgt.biz/BenefitsForYou_A"
We need to include Benefits section if there is real specific content. There's a URL and mention of benefits. We can include a Benefits section with that info (maybe just the URL and description). Should we include the link? Probably yes as it's substantive.
Pay: we have Starting Hourly Rate $17.00 USD per hour. So Pay section.
Schedule: we have flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) reliable and prompt attendance necessary; also mention shift length may vary. So we can include Schedule section.
We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove duplicated lines.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll structure:
About the role
... content from ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE and maybe also the initial "ALL ABOUT TARGET"? Actually "About the role" should describe the role. The "ALL ABOUT TARGET" is more about company; could be omitted or placed in About the role? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role with description of the role (General Merchandise team, Inbound Expert). We'll combine the relevant paragraphs. We'll need to avoid duplication: The "ALL ABOUT TARGET" is generic; maybe we can include it as part of About the role? It's not specific to role but still about Target. Might be okay but we could omit as not role-specific. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. The "ALL ABOUT TARGET" is substantive about the company; but it's not role-specific. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it somewhere. Could be placed in a
under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About Target"? But we only allowed headings from list; we could still include a
without heading. So we can include a paragraph about Target after the heading. Thus:
