The role of an Inbound Expert involves supporting a guest-first culture, ensuring product availability, and maintaining a welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Execute detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operations.
  • Stock, organize, and store reserve products, and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Maintain product availability for General Merchandise (GM) categories.
  • Operate powered equipment while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
  • Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Support guest services, including backup cashier, order pick-up (OPU), and Drive Up (DU), ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
  • Greet guests, assist with their needs, and ensure a welcoming experience.
  • Perform all other duties as required based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
  • Capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements.
  • Reliable and prompt attendance.

Qualifications

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate technology equipment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture.
  • Knowledge of retail business fundamentals, including sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
  • Experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.00 USD per hour
