The role of an Inbound Expert involves supporting a guest-first culture, ensuring product availability, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Stock, organize, and maintain merchandise on the sales floor, including GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment for unloading freight or moving merchandise, if certified.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with regulations.
• Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pick-up, and drive-up.
• Maintain a safe work environment, comply with safety policies, and report hazards.
• Work flexibly, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and maintain attention to detail.
• Handle cash register operations accurately.
• Lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds, involving repetitive motions.
• Work in varying temperatures and remain mobile throughout shifts.

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate: $16.50 USD per hour
