As an Inbound Expert, you'll be part of the General Merchandise and Food Sales team, ensuring a consistent experience for our guests by managing product availability, pricing, and presentation. This role also involves supporting guest services and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Execute accurate and efficient sorting operations, stock reserve product, and maintain merchandise organization on the sales floor.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with regulations.
• Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pick-up (OPU), and Drive Up (DU), ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
• Operate powered equipment (if certified) for unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Maintain a safe work environment, comply with safety policies, and report hazards.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds, involving repetitive bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments, including Drive-Up and carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

Skills

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture.
• Understanding of retail business fundamentals, including sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
• Proficiency in executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

Pay

The Starting Hourly Rate is $18.50 USD per hour. The Pay Range is $18.50 USD - $27.75 USD per hour.
