About the Role

As an Inbound Expert at Target, you'll be part of a team that ensures a consistent and welcoming experience for our guests. This role involves creating a guest-first culture, supporting retail business fundamentals, and executing daily tasks to maintain an efficient and well-organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests authentically and tailor your approach based on their needs.
• Engage with guests to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
• Execute accurate and efficient sorting operations, including unloading schedules.
• Stock, backstock, and zone products on the sales floor, maintaining in-stocks for GM categories.
• Operate power equipment (if certified) and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Support guest services such as backup cashier, order pick-up, and drive-up.
• Handle cash register operations and merchandise efficiently, including lifting up to 44 pounds.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and remain mobile during shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service fundamentals and retail business operations.
• Knowledge of department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.

Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.
