Crawford Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for one of our global technology clients. This is a remote position for candidates residing within any time-zone in the U.S. We need a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to raise awareness, drive customer interest, and support pipeline & product adoption goals for our client's products.
The candidate must be a self-motivated go-getter with proven success in executing impactful digital marketing programs including virtual events, email marketing, paid media, and website management. The ideal candidate will also have experience with how to best engage and influence key decision maker audiences, plus engage faculty/staff at universities to drive adoption.

Programs
- Virtual training series and event operates twice a year in each region. Live session, on demand viewing. The program itself has ties to customer success team.
- Heavy email and web strategy, customer newsletter strategy for higher education.
- Scope of work execution, building out strategy. Agency teams handle design. Support on the mechanics of building.
- General digital marketer with experience handling multi-channel campaigns.
- Some level of web experience pertaining to marketing teams. Building pages, knows how it fits in a marketing strategy.
- No specific time-zones. Our client tends to work with teams in EMEA. Will be weekly syncs with broader team.
- Maybe travel to team offsites 1-2 times a year.
Responsibilities
- Act as lead in driving and executing supporting marketing activities including defining assets, programs, and measuring cross-channel campaign results.
- Marketing planning and execution: Assist with the development and execution of a marketing plan for global HED across digital touchpoints (e.g. virtual events, paid social (LinkedIn), web and email) that drives awareness, consideration, demand, and product adoption of Adobe tools. Strategically define each channel in the marketing plan and its' ability to drive the set goals.
- Own and execute the virtual event programs in close partnership with our Customer Success (CSM) team to help train & upskill global HED faculty and staff. This includes scheduling, content planning with internal cross-functional stakeholders, speaker selection, audience acquisition, platform set-up as well as internal and external pre- and post-event communication.
- Own and execute email & web strategy as part of ongoing campaigns and specifically leading the efforts for our monthly customer newsletters (global) designed for customers to learn the latest product features, events, etc. (in close partnership with the CSM team).
- Creative and campaign development: Work with teams and external agencies to drive the development of assets. Identify compelling content for the audiences and work to get this developed. Manage calendars and optimize touch points with the ideal customer journey in mind.
- Reporting and analysis: Drive a data-oriented marketing approach, and ensure constituents have the data and assets they need to run successful marketing programs. Assist with providing key insights to internal and external stakeholders to help grow the business. Help track key KPIs and course correct when needed.
- Relationship management: Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with our client and with their key internal and external stakeholders across marketing, sales and the business unit.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years digital marketing experience.
- Experience managing virtual events such as trainings, webinars, etc.
- Plus if candidate has experience owning web strategy & design for marketing teams/campaigns.
- Experience driving marketing plans and working in highly matrixed organizations.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to be strategic and to also be able to get work done.
- Proven success record of driving results-oriented marketing programs.
- Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to assess business opportunities, track and analyze results.
- Project management skills and strong attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage logistics and tactical details with flawless execution and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, written and verbal. Strong presentation skills.
- Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.
- HED marketing experience & global marketing experience a huge plus.
- This position may require some travel but less than 10%.
Pay
$3,000-$3,400 weekly W-2 Exempt consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available if eligible (Our salary ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location).
