- Barback: As a Barback, you are the backbone of the bar, keeping everything stocked, organized, and running smoothly. You support bartenders by anticipating needs, maintaining cleanliness, and moving with urgency during peak service. This fast-paced role builds strong fundamentals, bar knowledge, and the foundation to grow into a bartending role and beyond.
- Bartender: As a Bartender, you are the center of hospitality at the bar. You connect with guests through your craft, personality, and attention to detail while bringing the bar's culture and community to life with every interaction. You balance speed, creativity, and precision to create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.
- Bar Leadership Team: As a Bar Lead or AGM, you work closely with your GM to support daily operations while developing your leadership skills. This role blends hands-on management with long-term growth, preparing you for future General Manager opportunities. You help drive creativity, consistency, and performance while learning how to lead teams, systems, and results.
- General Manager: As a General Manager, you are the driving force behind your bar's culture, performance, and guest experience. You lead with purpose, balancing operations, creativity, and people leadership to build a strong, connected team. Your role is to create a bar that is profitable, inspiring, and deeply rooted in the community.
- Security Host: As a Security Host, you balance safety with hospitality. You greet guests, manage entry, monitor the space, and support staff during busy moments. Your presence helps ensure everyone feels safe, respected, and cared for from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and know when to step in and when to support from the sidelines.
