Facility & Quality

Gene Matrix operates a 700 m² GMP facility in Modon Oasis, Jeddah — ISO 5 (Grade A) cleanroom inside ISO 7 (Grade C), aligned with SFDA ISO 13485 WHO GMP.

Diagnostics Portfolio

Four flagship multiplex PCR kits, manufactured in-Kingdom, aligned with national priorities — women's health, sexual health, public health, and oncology:

• Women's Health HPV Detection Kit — 14 high-risk genotypes, multiplex real-time PCR for HPV detection across 14 high-risk genotypes, supporting cervical-cancer screening pathways.
• Sexual Health STI 12-Panel — Twelve sexually transmitted infections, a single multiplex assay covering twelve clinically relevant STI targets, designed for high-throughput laboratory workflows.
• Public Health Dengue Detection — DENV-1, 2, 3 and 4 serotypes, real-time PCR for differential detection of all four dengue serotypes, strengthening Hajj-season surveillance and outbreak response.
• Oncology Colorectal & Pancreatic ctDNA — Liquid biopsy for oncology, circulating tumour DNA assay supporting non-invasive monitoring in colorectal and pancreatic oncology pathways.
