Responsibilities

• Set goals for program participants, facilitate activities, and prepare curriculum and lesson plans
• Maintain a safe and learning environment for program participants
• Provide homework help and supervise children in programs outside of school day hours
• Supervise and monitor children and take daily attendance
• Assist tutors and activity specialists to manage and document behavior
• Maintain supplies
• Assist in data collection and upkeep of participants' documents
• Attend all necessary program meetings
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Content-specific experience (e.g., sports, arts, literacy, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience working with children
• Ability to plan and carry out assignments independently
• Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines, and multi-task

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 1:50 PM - 5:15 PM

Pay

$18.00 per hour
