401(k) Product Manager I

Responsibilities

• Research & Requirements: You're always learning and researching. Monitoring new legislation and industry trends to understand the potential impact to our Plan.
• Facilitate Required Changes: Help facilitate required changes as well as what adds value to enhance the client experience, drive internal efficiencies that align with ADP's goals.
• Collaboration: Collaborate across multiple internal teams and external vendors to continually support innovative improvements.
• Effectiveness Reporting: Experience monitoring effectiveness, reporting outcomes, and task prioritization.
• Variety of Work: There is no typical day. You could be working on a targeted client communication initiative or supporting product enhancements.
• Communication: Communicate updates and changes to internal stakeholders including the leadership team.
• Experience: 3-5 years of 401(k) experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.

Pay

USD $55,500.00 - USD $103,700.00 / Year*

Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
