Responsibilities
- Remove and replace warps by following the FIFO board and pull scheduling system
- Ready looms for warp replacement, cleaning loom, tying, hanging, pulling over warps, and correcting any broken ends or warp related issues
- Lease out warps for tie backs and place new warps in and properly set up warps for tying machines
- Complete all paperwork and proper identification of styles/width/pattern needed
- Unload warp beams from elevator, place beams in beam storage, and assist in loading warps for entering
- Assisting with weaving will be required
