About the role

The Sanitation Support Team Member is responsible for cleaning production rooms, dismantling equipment for cleaning, and assisting with production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performing various cleaning tasks, including reaching overhead, using ladders, hoses, and cleaning agents.
• Following company safety and quality programs.
• Learning aspects of production operations.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, understand instructions, and perform basic math.
• Experience in any industry for at least one year.
• Self-reliant, able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Able to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Customer-focused and capable of working collaboratively.
• Able to follow manufacturer's specifications and directions.
• Flexible in work performance and schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of GMPs, safety, quality, and sanitation plans.
• Ability to identify and report non-conforming products and equipment.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and endurance.
• Ability to work in cold and hot temperatures.
• Compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Pay

$21.25 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Schedule

3rd Shift (Monday through Friday; 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM).
