3rd Shift Sanitation

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Sanitation Team Member to join our team. Reporting to the Quality Sanitation Supervisor, this position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and food-safe production environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure all equipment and production areas meet company and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and processing lines.
• Follow sanitation procedures in accordance with cGMPs (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and company SOPs.
• Safely handle sanitation chemicals and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist with equipment inspections and sanitation verification processes.
• Support preventative maintenance activities by cleaning and detailing equipment.
• Maintain production areas in a clean and "audit-ready" condition.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Support Quality Assurance activities, including sanitation inspections and environmental swabbing.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous sanitation, janitorial, food manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
• Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and flexible to work overtime, including coming in early as needed.
