3rd Shift - Production Operator - Yogurt

Pay

$19.00 per hour with an additional $2.00 shift premium. Higher pay available for experienced workers.

Schedule

3rd shift: 10:00 PM until done (typically 8-9 hour shift), Monday through Friday, plus occasional Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Package bulk yogurt (barrels and totes) from approximately 11 PM to 3 AM
• Assist with additional packaging, such as pails and retail cups
• Perform milk separation, standardizing milk with powders and cream
• Operate pasteurization, CIP (Clean-In-Place), and ferment tank systems
• Stand for the duration of the shift with frequent and repetitive bending, stooping, turning, reaching, grasping, and lifting up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Cheese or food industry experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Strong attendance record
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
