About the role
You will begin on 1st shift for training. Must be available on all three shifts if needed to cover overtime hours.
Schedule
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Sunday night startup for the corrugator department: 10:00 PM
- Overtime and Saturdays as needed
Pay
- Starting rate: $22.85 per hour
- After successful completion of training on a specific job: $23.87 to $28.95 per hour (rate based on the job performed)
- Sign-on bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months
Responsibilities
- Follow safety policies and procedures
- Run and maintain large machines in a safe manner
- Read factory orders
- Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
- Perform consistent quality and count inspection of a product
- Practice great factory housekeeping
- Work overtime as needed
