3rd Shift Production Associate

Job Summary

Starting at $22.85 per hour, production associates are paid between $23.87 and $28.95 per hour after completing training on a specific job. A sign-on bonus of $500 is offered after 30 days and another $500 after 6 months. This position is full-time, with hiring for the 3rd shift. Employees must be available on all three shifts to cover overtime hours.

What You Will Do

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Run and maintain large machines safely
• Read factory orders
• Utilize basic shop math skills, including accurate reading of tape measures, gauges, and other test equipment
• Practice consistent quality and count inspection of products
• Practice great factory housekeeping
• Work overtime as needed
