3rd Shift Process Technician
Responsibilities
- Maintains machines and provides process assistance to minimize downtime and scrap.
- Starts up and adjusts machines for maximum output and efficiency.
- Performs injection mold changes.
- Sets up auxiliary equipment.
- Programs robotic material handlers and injection mold machines.
- Performs insert and version changes to molds, including ensuring date code accuracy.
- Assists Maintenance Technicians in repairing machines, molds, and other auxiliary machines.
- Assists Safety and Technical Managers in enforcing safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Assists in the inspection of in-process and finished product.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office.
- Able and willing to work flexible shifts (including 12-hour rotating day/night shifts).
- Able and willing to work overtime hours as needed.
- Able to push, pull, lift, carry or otherwise move up to 50 lbs.
