3rd shift Machine Operator (Liquid), 11pm-7am Monday through Friday *starting pay $24.57/hr*

Kraft Heinz Company is seeking Machine Operators for our liquid pouch production area in Mason, OH. About the role

Join a high-energy, fast-paced team producing nearly 190 million lbs. of sauces annually. As a liquid pouch operator, you’ll package products like mustard and relish for thousands of consumers. This position operates on 3rd shift (11pm–7am) in a non-union facility.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
• Package finished products, including creating corrugated boxes and partitions.
• Pack, seal, and label finished merchandise cases, ensuring proper weight and packaging components.
• Place finished cases on pallets using predetermined placements.
• Monitor machine scrap and follow scrap procedures.
• Ensure accurate hourly machine counts for visual board reporting.
• Clean and rinse equipment during changeovers and assist with machine start-ups.
• Maintain a clean work area and station at all times.
• Label boxes and apply customer-specific identifying information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; GMP/regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Outstanding attendance record and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Focus on safety with a history of practicing safe work habits.
• Positive, team-focused attitude.
• Achieve a qualified score on a job skills assessment (administered post-interview).

Schedule

HPC Mason Plant, located 22 miles from Cincinnati, OH. The facility employs over 320 people across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and produces portion-sized liquid pouch condiments, sauces, jellies, and syrups.
