Monday–Friday, 11 pm–7 am. Additional hours may be required due to business demands.

Requirements
- Must complete a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and pre-placement physical screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- One to three months of related mechanical experience and/or training
- Ability to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water
- Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment
- Good balance on slippery surfaces
- Ability to sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time

Responsibilities
- Operate computerized weigh heads, Hayssen and TNA packaging machines, and Blueprint automatic case packers
- Monitor machines to ensure correct packaging film, product package weight, price, and code date for overall package integrity
- Prepare machines for production start-up, including changing rolls of packaging film and ink tape
- Clean and sanitize plant and equipment (seasoning trays, machines, floors, ovens, etc.)
- Enter and track manufacturing data in the ERP system (production orders, materials, finished goods, raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, quality control data)
- Update and maintain ERP records for real-time data (production status, material usage, equipment maintenance)
- Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate material replenishment
- Perform other ERP responsibilities and duties as assigned
