3rd shift Machine Operator

About the role
A Machine Operator installs, fixes and operates various types of machinery. Their main duties include performing routine maintenance checks, following strict safety regulations and guidelines and operating mechanical or computer-operated equipment.
Responsibilities
- Physical Execution: Run machine based on product and process parameters
- Verify correct materials and labels before starting
- Monitor Machine Performance During Production
- Quality & Compliance: Inspect product quality for seals, weight, and labeling
- Ensure packaging and product meet specifications and quantity
- System & Documentation: Complete batch record documentation accurately
- Changeover & Support: Assist with line changeovers and equipment cleaning
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
- Experience working with manufacturing equipment and machinery and an understanding of manufacturing process, GMP, SOP (3+ years experience)
