3rd shift Home Health aide or Caregiver

About the role

AdvisaCare is seeking top‑of‑line Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Homer, MI and surrounding areas. The role focuses on providing individualized care that respects each patient’s preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized care to each patient, honoring their preferences and specific needs.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure high‑quality care.
• Maintain compassionate communication with patients and their families.
• Participate in 24/7 staffing support and therapy division as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work responsibly and independently within a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Pass a drug screen and clear background check.
• Ability to start work immediately after completing the hiring process.
