About the role
The 3rd Shift Customer Materials Coordinator is responsible for managing customer material requests, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer material requests and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all materials received and shipped
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers to resolve issues and improve service
- Follow up on outstanding orders and provide regular updates to customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to materials handling and storage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in materials management or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with materials tracking systems
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices
