About the role

The 3rd Shift Customer Materials Coordinator is responsible for managing customer material requests, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer material requests and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of all materials received and shipped
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers to resolve issues and improve service
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and provide regular updates to customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to materials handling and storage

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in materials management or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience with materials tracking systems
  • Knowledge of supply chain best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
