About the role

Belle Aire Creations is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position is part of our growing Sales and Marketing team, which includes industry leaders who stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge insights and unmatched customer support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
• Manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform decision-making
• Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and websites
• Work closely with the regulatory and quality team to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools

Qualifications

• Passion for innovation and creativity in the sensorial experience space
• Experience working with perfumers and chemists to develop marketing strategies
• Understanding of regulatory and quality standards in the industry
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
