What You’ll Do As a Press Room Operator I, you’ll be part of our team located in Willard, OH.

Responsibilities

• Operation of manual presses and proper stacking of parts.
• Understand and ensure the safe operation of the presses and other similar equipment.
• Abide by all SBD Willard safety policies.
• Follow all applicable ISO standards & procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
• Demonstrate understanding of equipment by completion of 30‑day training form.
• Recognize concerns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform departmental tasks as assigned by the Stamping Supervisor or Group Leader.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanical understanding is preferred.
• Must complete all required safety training.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.
• Troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work overtime as needed.

Pay

$21.79 per hour plus shift differential, totaling $22.79 per hour.

Schedule

3rd shift: Sunday night through Thursday night, 10 pm to 6 am.
