About the role

A 3PL Shipping Associate is responsible for coordinating, processing, and monitoring outbound shipments through third-party logistics providers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective delivery of products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, distribution, or warehouse operations
• Experience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers and transportation carriers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and logistics management systems
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, freight terms, and transportation regulations

Work Environment

Distribution center, warehouse, fulfillment center, or manufacturing facility. Frequent interaction with carriers and warehouse personnel. May require overtime during peak shipping periods, inventory events, or seasonal demand fluctuations.

Pay

Hourly rate: $24
