About the role

The successful candidate will be part of a team dedicated to providing a high-quality education for students in grades K-8. They will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that align with the curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Implement grade-level lesson plans and adapt to individual student needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cohesive units of study
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Valid teaching license in the state of Indiana
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screening test

Pay

Salary range: $80,488 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Schedule
