What You'll Do

• Create an immersive learning environment by offering an array of materials and resources that spark curiosity and creativity in young children.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that introduce foundational skills, including color, shape, and number recognition, while promoting social-emotional intelligence and personal responsibility.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom by establishing clear expectations, enforcing rules, and fostering a sense of community among students.
• Optimize indoor and outdoor spaces to encourage imaginative play, physical activity, and exploration.
• Adhere to Bright From the Start guidelines and regulations to ensure a high-quality educational experience.

Requirements

• Current CPR/First Aid
• Cogent Records Check
• Prior work experience in childcare
• CDA/AA/BA or related diploma
• Outgoing Personality
