3DX PLM Project Manager
This is an onsite role based at Little Rock, AR.
About The Role
The project manager will be responsible for the implementation of 3DX PLM system for Completion activities (Business responsibility). They will work with the IT Project Manager and the business to ensure the solution is optimized to cover business needs. The role involves leading a team of business analysts and Subject Matter Experts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve project success by managing all activities of a project lifecycle to deliver desired outcomes (time, budget, quality, and benefits).
- Initiation: Identify stakeholders, determine objectives and scope, identify staffing needs, kick-off project, etc.
- Planning: Create the Project Management Plan, refine the scope, develop and publish the schedule, identify and evaluate risks, etc.
- Execution: Acquire project team, manage project team, direct project work, manage communications, conduct procurements, etc.
- Monitoring & Controlling: Perform integrated change management, monitor scope, schedule, costs, quality progress, and stakeholder engagement, etc.
- Closure: Confirm acceptance of deliverables, archive project documentation, release project team, close financials, etc.
- Develop and release all project management-related documentation.
- Provide regular, accurate, and timely project status to PMO management and other stakeholders.
- Mentor less experienced project managers to develop a culture of project management and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Maintain PMP (or equivalent) certification.
- Promote business transformation activities across the organization with positive communication and demeanor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Five (5) years of experience in aviation or with projects and project management as a project team member.
- Two (2) years of experience with PLM system projects.
- Completed, relevant education from an accredited college or university may substitute for years of relevant work experience. Additionally, years of relevant work experience may substitute for completed, relevant education (1 year of education = 2 years of experience).
- Must currently have PMP or CAPM certification.
- Must be fluent in French and strong in English.
- Must be able to function throughout the total facility with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay
The base compensation range for this role in Little Rock, AR is $73,150 - $174,000 per year. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
