Bring your 3D modeling skills to a collaborative team building detailed, efficient product assets for a real-time configurator. This role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys turning CAD data into polished digital models that balance visual quality with performance. Responsibilities Create 3D digital assets, including models and textures, for use in a real-time engineConvert CAD files into polygon-based models and refine them through retopologyPerform UV mapping, baking, and texture work to support high-quality product visualizationWork closely with cross-functional partners to understand product details and project requirementsDeliver assets that balance visual fidelity with configurator performanceParticipate in Agile team routines, including daily standups, Jira updates, forecasting, and status communicationShare progress, surface roadblocks early, and contribute to a collaborative workflow Skills Bachelor’s degree or higher in Game Design, VFX, Digital Media, Computer Animation, or a related field2+ years of experience modeling in a 3D software package such as Maya, Modo, or 3DS MaxHands-on experience with retopology and baking workflowsExperience using a game engine such as Playcanvas, Godot, or UnityProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for texture and vector editingStrong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skillsClear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing positively to a fast-paced team environment Preferred Skills Interest in powersports or related productsFamiliarity with PlaycanvasExperience with MarmosetAbility to build 3D models and textures from photographs, technical drawings, or point cloud dataUnderstanding of real-time rendering workflows We believe diverse perspectives strengthen our work, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute and thrive.
