About the role
This is a hands-on position responsible for shipping 3D products and cleaning, maintaining, and unpacking 3D processors/printers.
Responsibilities
- Clean, set up, and insert product into equipment.
- Remove product from equipment.
- Continuously inspect produced parts for conformance to specifications.
- Identify and separate defective products.
- Troubleshoot quickly and make decisions on the fly to keep the shift running.
- Report problems with equipment or product to department supervisor or manager.
- Achieve or exceed established production levels for equipment type.
- Read and follow job instructions on work tickets for each job.
- Ensure production quality standards and outputs are met.
- Report production information to the supervisor as requested.
- Comply with the use of safety equipment and procedures.
- Maintain a neat and clean work area.
- Perform other duties as business needs arise.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write English.
- Basic data entry (shipping/ERP systems).
- Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Effective communication skills.
- Understanding of Microsoft Office.
Schedule
1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM).
