Working across projects of every scale, from in-store displays and retail environments to large-scale events, activations, and festival footprints, they partner closely with Art Directors and Creative Leadership to actualize ideas in three dimensions. Backed by 5–7 years of experience, they understand that great 3D design must do more than create a beautiful rendering—it must consider the consumer experience, physical environment, brand, and realities of production. Responsibilities OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: A highly skilled 3D designer with a strong understanding of spatial design, environmental storytelling, scale, materials, and how consumers move through and interact with physical experiences. You’ll translate creative direction into compelling dimensional solutions while helping the broader team visualize what an idea can become. You’ll collaborate throughout the process—from early concept visualization through development and production—partnering with Creative, Design, and Production teams to ensure what we imagine can ultimately be built. Duties Balance the direct creation of breakthrough creative work that supports big ideas, creative pitches, production plans, and experience design ,work executed with excellence while working among a team of multi-disciplinary creatives and leading brand clients. Specifics Include Develop 3D designs and renderings across a range of experiential work—from displays and fixtures to pop-ups, retail environments, events, and large-scale footprintsTranslate concepts, sketches, references, and creative direction into compelling dimensional designsCollaborate with Art Directors, ACDs, Creative Directors, and other creative partners to actualize ideas and push concepts forwardPartner with Designers and Production teams to translate 3D environments into actionable, producible solutions and artworkApply a strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, finishes, lighting, architecture, and environmental designDevelop designs with real-world production requirements and fabrication considerations in mindParticipate actively in creative development, bringing ideas and dimensional solutions to the table ratherCreate high-quality renderings and visualizations that clearly communicate concepts internally, to clients, and to partnersIncorporate feedback efficiently while protecting the integrity and quality of the creative ideaStay inspired by trends in experiential, retail, architecture, interiors, culture, technology, and design—and bring that inspiration into the work Qualifications Eat.
