About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and technically-minded professional to join our team in the field of 3D CAD Technology & Pre Sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical phone support via our hotline
- Actively support the sales team in technical matters
- Conduct software training sessions
- Develop and deliver customized product presentations during on-site visits or webinars
- Offer technical consulting to customers
- Participate in trade fairs and other events
- Test our proprietary software solutions
Requirements
- Background in technology, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or professional experience as a designer, engineer, or similar role
- Experience with professional 3D CAD systems such as PTC Creo, PTC Creo Elements/Direct Modeling, SOLIDWORKS, Siemens NX, etc.
- Willingness to learn new products and delve deeply into technical topics
- Ability to develop innovative solutions and work effectively in a team
- Possession of a driver’s license and willingness to travel for regional appointments across the entire sales territory
- Deep understanding of professional 3D CAD systems is essential for a quick start
- Fluent in German and English
