This position is 100% remote. Active Secret Clearance Required
The Microsoft 365 Product Manager will provide functional expertise to evaluate and improve enterprise Microsoft 365 capabilities. This position bridges technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to support product adoption, release readiness, governance, automation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Groups, Intune, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Review Microsoft roadmap announcements, Message Center communications, feature releases, service changes, and retirements to assess organizational impacts and recommend appropriate actions.
- Analyze product usage, adoption metrics, user feedback, support requests, and operational data to identify opportunities to improve user experience and platform effectiveness.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into recommendations for collaboration, communication, automation, records management, and productivity improvements.
