Senior AI Engineer
ARSIEM is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to support the Technology Trending Solutions mission, leading the design, development, and deployment of mission-critical AI and analytics solutions within a highly governed environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience implementing analytic governance (e.g., AVG) and AI governance frameworks (e.g., AAA), and can ensure all models, data, and workflows are compliant, auditable, and aligned with customer and enterprise policy.
- Integrate advanced AI capabilities through APIs such as OpenAI and AWS Bedrock
- Build intuitive front-end experiences using technologies like EX, AWS Amplify, and React
- Hands-on expertise with analytic development environments and cloud-native platforms (e.g., GMLearn, Container Yard, AWS SageMaker, AWS EKS)
- Strong agile delivery skills using Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Proven track record of driving AI solutions from concept through governed production deployment in sensitive, mission-focused environments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers to build AI workflows and develop analytics based off artifacts to use AI to flag data of interest and summarize
- Creatively leverage disparate data to fill knowledge gaps in user activities, collection efforts, and technology discovery
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 8-years of relevant experience or equivalent
- Proficiency with object-oriented languages (Python and Java) and experience with PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks, Kubernetes, docker, Elasticsearch, GHOSTMACHINE, and Query Time Analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of customer corporate tools and data repositories
Pay Range
$191,000 - $214,000 a year
The ARSIEM pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other laws.
