360 Recruiter / Account Manager (Technology) / Orlando
About the role
We are hiring a high-performance 360 Recruiter / Account Manager to build and own a desk within the technology sector. This is a full-cycle role combining new business development (50%) with candidate delivery and account management (50%).
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new clients across the technology landscape, from startups to enterprise organizations.
- Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Pitch retained and contingent search services to hiring managers, founders, executives, and HR leaders.
- Negotiate commercial terms, placement fees, and service agreements.
- Develop long-term client relationships and expand existing accounts.
- Operate like a mini-business owner: generating revenue through client acquisition, developing long-term partnerships, and delivering top-tier technical talent across high-growth companies.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, client submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
- Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidate shortlists.
- Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines.
- Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, hiring conditions, talent availability, and competitor activity.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Proven success in agency recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or account management.
A strong interest in the technology sector including AI, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
Comfortable operating in a high-performance, commission-driven environment.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a book of business and maximize earnings.
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and CRM systems is preferred.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–5+ years in agency recruiting, sales, staffing, or business development.
Skills

Benefits
Compensation Structure: Base salary of $2,000–$4,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
20% commission on revenue generated from placements you personally make.
20% commission on revenue generated from clients you personally bring in and manage as the Account Manager.
Uncapped earning potential with no cap on commissions.
Pay
Compensation: $2,000–$4,000 per month + 20% of revenue from placements made + 20% of revenue from clients brought in and managed.
