This is a full-time, onsite position at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the training and development of intelligence professionals who safeguard our nation's security.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute the process for identification, development, and validation of POI (Program of Instruction) updates for courses to remain current, relevant, and reflective of Army Transformation.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with required stakeholders and decision-makers across the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE).

Requirements

  • TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance required (U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance).
  • Prior 353T Intelligence Systems Maintenance and Integration Technician in good standing, graduate of WOBC (Warrant Officer Basic Course) and WOIC (Warrant Officer Intermediate Course) or equivalent courses.
  • Must have 8 years of successful experience as a 353T executing or managing authorized intelligence operations at echelons at division or above.
  • Knowledge of current policy and doctrine of the 353T MOS, including current changes and fielding of Army Field Manuals (FM), Army Doctrine Publications (ADP), Army Techniques Publications (ATP), Army Regulations, and current DoD Directives.
  • Experience at both FORSCOM (Forces Command) and INSCOM (Intelligence and Security Command) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Instructor Certified.
  • Previous experience as an instructor, trainer, or curriculum developer.
  • Experience at the Field Grade Level (CW3 and above).

Pay

$67,000–$100,000. The compensation range is a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and relevant laws.
