About the Role

Through the Huachuca Training & Support Contract (HTASC), you'll play a vital role in shaping the next generation of intelligence professionals who protect our nation and its allies. Located at Fort Huachuca, AZ, home of the U.S. Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, HTASC brings together talented civilian experts and military professionals to deliver world-class intelligence education, training, and mission support. This is a full-time, onsite position offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the training and development of the intelligence professionals who safeguard our nation's security.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and execute the process for identification, development, and validation of POI updates for the courses to remain current, relevant, and reflective of Army Transformation.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with the required stakeholders and decision makers across USAICoE.
  • Meet all NSA standards of access and be able to gain access to NSANet.
  • Prepare staff documents (e.g., SOPs, Intelligence Requirements, training plans, Mission Essential Task List, MOA/MOU).
  • Prepare and provide briefings.
  • Apply knowledge of TECHSIGINT reporting policies and procedures, and collection/exploitation capabilities for COMINT / ELINT / FISINT / PROFORMA.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance required (U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance).
  • Prior 352S SIGINT Collection Technician in good standing, graduate of WOBC and WOIC or equivalent courses.
  • Knowledge of SIGINT policies, USSIDs, classification procedures, and TECHSIGINT architecture (tactical and national).
  • Eight years of successful experience as a 352S executing or managing authorized intelligence operations.
  • Knowledge of current policy and doctrine of the 352S MOS, including current changes and fielding of Army Field Manuals (FM), Army Doctrine Publications (ADP), Army Techniques Publications (ATP), Army Regulations, current NSA Policy, and DoD Directives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Instructor Certified.
  • Previous experience as an instructor, trainer, or curriculum developer.
  • Experience at the Field Grade Level (CW3 and above).

Pay

$67,000–$100,000 per year.
