340B Specialist

About the role

Assists in providing 340B financial analysis, ensures 340B claims meet eligibility criteria, and helps maximize 340B revenue. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in data management and Microsoft Office and works independently to complete tasks. Works closely with the referral team and is responsible for maximizing the 340B referral program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits for compliance with OPA/HRSA and other regulatory bodies relating to 340B claims
• Assist in developing and updating documents, processes, and procedures for daily operations and monthly financial reporting
• Assist in preparing reports regarding 340b business operations, revenue, and expenses
• Navigate EHR to verify 340B eligible claims
• Process and document new 340B eligible referral claims
• Work closely with referral team and medical records to ensure appropriate documentation exists within EHR
• Develop referral program capabilities and processes to ensure 340b program maximization
• Provide oversight and operation of the Par8o and ReferDoc business at PCHC

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience analyzing data and creating reports preferred
• Minimum one year of experience navigating electronic health record data preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Business or Finance preferred but other majors will be considered)
