About the role

30A's Top Boutique Rental Management company specializes in providing our owners and high-end clientele with the best customer service possible. We are looking for a motivated professional to join the "Escapes Family."

Responsibilities

• Sort, pack, and distribute vacation rental laundry and linens to housekeeping teams.
• Assist with receiving laundry from housekeeping teams.
• Ensure all clean linens are stocked in appropriate areas daily.
• Assist with linen preparation for transport to and from the laundry facility.
• Count, distribute, and stock amenity soaps, paper goods, and other non-linen items required for preparing each home per our business model.
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.
• Daily cleaning of office spaces, warehouse, and common areas.
• Deliver and pick up items as needed to different locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior laundry and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Florida Driver’s License that meets insurance requirements.
• Reliable transportation and a valid Florida Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements

Must have reliable transportation and a valid Florida Driver’s License. Drivers with poor driving records, including any of the following violations, will not be permitted to operate company vehicles:

• Conviction for an alcohol and/or drug-related driving offense.
• Refusal to submit to a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) test.
• Conviction for reckless driving.
• Any combination of three or more moving violations, "At Fault Accidents" or "Preventable Accidents" within the most recent three years.
• Suspension, revocation, or administrative restriction within the last three years.
• Leaving the scene of an accident as defined by state laws.
• At fault in a fatal accident.
• Felony committed involving a vehicle.
• Three or more "Company Vehicle" physical damage claims in any twelve-month period.
