Essential Functions
- Develop 3D models and renderings from engineering, landscape, and architectural plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines across projects of varying size and complexity.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, project managers, and/or external clients to discuss desired graphics, ensure technical accuracy and visual clarity.
Required Skills And Experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years’ experience in the A/E/C industry including large-scale infrastructure projects.
- A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
- A strong working knowledge of industry-standard software, including AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, MicroStation/ORD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visual communication materials.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
- An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to remain up to date on the latest creative software and hardware.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- A Certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in 3D graphic design or a related field.
- 5 years’ experience in the A/E/C industry including large-scale infrastructure projects.
