2PM-10PM CMA/Certified Medication Aide

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English through both speech and writing
• Current certification for Medication Aide
• Previous patient care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Reports promptly any change of patient condition or other concerns to Patient Care Supervisor
• Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation
• Reports medication reorder
• Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education and in-service as required
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms
