2nd Shift Warehouse Shift Lead

Build a strong team and keep operations moving in a fast-paced distribution center. This hands-on position is perfect for someone who enjoys working alongside their team, setting the pace, and ensuring each shift runs safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse associates during daily loading and unloading operations.
• Help coordinate workflow to keep freight moving efficiently.
• Assign tasks and provide direction throughout the shift.
• Support supervisors by monitoring productivity and quality standards.
• Train new employees and assist with ongoing coaching.
• Verify freight is scanned and processed accurately.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean work area.
• Help resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Encourage teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
• Communicate production updates and operational concerns to leadership.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse Lead experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution, freight handling, loading, or unloading.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with RF scanners or conveyor systems is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
