About the role

CHEP is seeking motivated Warehouse Operators to support our service center operations in Bolingbrook, IL. This role supports essential container reconditioning operations in a structured, safety-focused production environment. Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing bulk shipping containers using pressure washers, foamers, and fogging equipment
• Using food-grade chemicals mixed to correct concentrations
• Supporting daily production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Wearing required PPE and following all site safety procedures
• Working as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Requirements

• Familiarity with cleaning or sanitation work in an industrial or warehouse setting
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and machinery
• Understanding of general warehouse safety practices
• Ability to position containers weighing up to 50 lbs for portions of the shift

Pay

Earn up to $23.50/hour ($21/hour + performance incentives up to $2.50/hr). Biweekly pay with direct deposit & pay advance options.

Schedule

2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30pm–11:00pm. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
