2nd Shift Warehouse Associate
Responsibilities
- Receive and put away inbound receipts from vendors.
- Pick outbound orders.
- Provide general warehouse labor support.
- Visually inspect products for defects, setting aside defective items to one side on a skid for the rework department.
- Pack items in designated cartons per customer orders.
- Place identification labels on outbound shipments.
- Report discrepancies to supervisor.
Requirements
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift frequently up to 15-35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Warehouse experience preferred, but willing to train.
- Forklift, reach trucks, and other D/C equipment operation experience preferred, but willing to train.
About the Role
The 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate is a union position with a starting pay of $21.00/hr. plus overtime and pay differential opportunities. Warehouse Workers who become Certified Forklift Operators after hire are eligible to receive an additional $1.40 per hour on full shifts when they operate the forklift.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this role is $21.00 an hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
