About the role
We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee evening operations within our steel truss manufacturing facility in Cascade, IA.
Responsibilities
- Maintain open communication, coaching, motivating, and supporting the production team, while also actively assisting with production operations.
- Provide leadership and direction to our 2nd Shift production employees.
- Ensure production, safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met.
- Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
