2nd Shift Sequence Team Lead

Description

The Sequence Team Lead role is responsible for coordinating personnel, equipment, and inventory to meet daily operational goals. This position ensures adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards while leading associates and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.

Requirements

• Lead and direct associates within the assigned operational area to meet productivity and quality targets
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and company policies
• Cookordination manpower, equipment, and workflow to support daily operations
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean and 5S practices
• Communicate with management and cross-functional teams regarding production updates and operational issues
• Maintain and distribute manpower reports and operational updates

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience in supply chain, material flow, or warehouse operations is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards is necessary
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening is required
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally and work in a combination of warehouse and administrative environments
• Frequent computer-based work and coordination activities are part of the job
