About the Role

Cardinal Staffing is hiring Sanitation Associates for a clean, modern produce distribution warehouse in Brooklyn, MI. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize production areas, equipment, and workstations to meet food safety standards
• Follow GMP and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and compliant facility
• Remove waste, debris, and packaging materials from production areas
• Restock sanitation supplies and maintain organized cleaning stations
• Support the production team by ensuring a clean and safe work environment
• Perform routine sanitation checks throughout the shift

What We're Looking For

• Previous sanitation, janitorial, warehouse, or food production experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8–10 hours
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Team-oriented attitude and dependable work ethic
• Availability for seasonal overtime when needed

Pay & Schedule

• Pay rate: $16.00 / hour
• 2nd shift: 4:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m., Monday–Friday
• Some Saturdays available for overtime
• Contract-to-perm position with growth opportunities available
