About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Serve food and beverages, handle cash transactions, and assist guests with their dining needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Assist guests with their dining needs, including seating, menu recommendations, and addressing complaints.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Skills

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
