Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Serve food and beverages, handle cash transactions, and assist guests with their dining needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Assist guests with their dining needs, including seating, menu recommendations, and addressing complaints.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
